Please be aware that we are not a telephone order establishment. Our phone rings in our store in Midland, Texas, which is (good news) usually rather busy. We have found, to our regret, that we are not usually able to take orders over the telephone unless you have ordered from us before and we have most of the information that we need already on file. Also, because of the way our system works, phone orders would get processed after orders placed through our catalog on the Internet; so if you can place your order via our online catalog, it is best for you to do so. If you are worried about providing a credit card number over the Internet you can place the order on-line but select the ''Will Call with Credit Card Number'' payment option. Providing a credit card over the phone doesn't slow your order down -- at least we have the order in our Internet system that way.
If you just need to give us your credit card number over the phone, we are only too glad to take that information. Call any time the store is open and let us know that you have sent us an order via email (or through our online catalog) and just need to give us your credit card info. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
