Use of this catalog assumes that you have read and agreed to the terms of Policies Page, which is located under the ''Questions?'' link on the top of the menu on the left. If you haven't read it, please go there now and read it. It's really not totally dull and dry reading. In fact, it will answer many questions you may have about how your order will be handled, payment, shipping methods, quality of the merchandise, returns, and so on.

Some Helpful Hints On The Use Of This Catalog:

(1) You need to have ''cookies'' turned on in your browser for this catalog to work. If you'd like to know why, please read the answer under the ''Questions?'' link on the left.

(2) After you have placed your order through this catalog you should reach a page that gives you an order number and a summary of the transaction, along with details of how your order will be handled. If you do not get to the page with the order number, your order did not go through; try clicking on the ''Basket'' button to see if everything you've ordered is still in there; if it is, try ''Checkout'' again. Once you have gotten your order number, you should receive a personal confirmation from us within a day or two letting you know the status of your order. If your order does appear to have gone through, but you do not receive an email from us within a few days, it is possible that your e-mail address was entered incorrectly on the order form. We suggest you drop us a note by e-mail so we can check on the order and get back to you.

(3) On the left you should see a short menu. At the top is ''Sign In'' where you can set up an account (if you wish; it makes things easier for you if you shop with us often). Below that is the ''Questions'' link, followed by a list naming the general categories of items we have for sale. When an item on this list is underlined, clicking on it will reveal more detail: either another menu will drop down to narrow the options further, or a list of the items we have for sale will open up in the main area (where you're reading this text now).

(4) Once you have displayed a list of items, you can click on the underlined title to get more information, possibly an image of the item, and you may order it from that page, as well as from the list of items page.

(5) If at any time prior to checking out, you wish to see what you have in your basket, or change quantities, click on the "Basket Contents" button on the blue menu bar at the top.

(6) Using the SEARCH button at the top of the page is one way to locate specific items you are looking for (it may be slow, though). The search engine is not case sensitive and will search titles, descriptions and product codes to find any word, phrase, or combination of words even if they are separated (you do not need an exact phrase).

(7) If you get interrupted while shopping, bookmark the page. Your basket will be held for you for one day, and you can use your bookmark to get right back to where you left off.

(8) Stock on hand always varies so quantities of some items may be limited. We strive to keep this catalog up to date, but if something is gone when you order it we will let you know. We will also work to get the items you want, if it seems at all possible that we may be able to obtain them quickly. Do ask if you don't see something you had hoped to find here.

(9) If you are buying a gift for someone, please do NOT put their email in the "Ship To" part of the form, as our catalog has been known to send an email to that address. If you instead put your email there, you may get two confirmations, but at least the gift will still be a surprise to the recipient!

(10) Items sent via UPS are insured; items sent by U.S. Post Office are not insured unless the insurance option is selected. The minimum for most packages is $6.85, above that we aim for actual shipping costs plus $2.00 via UPS ($3.00 for Post Office shipments). As long as our catalog modules are working correctly, we will not charge you more than the price shown in the catalog unless you add shipping options (e.g. insurance, overnight delivery, etc.); you can tell when the catalog modules are malfunctioning: if the price quoted does not fit with what we've described in this paragraph -- if it seems like a deal too good to be true, it probably is malfunctioning.
